Job Description

AO Globe Life is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in our fully virtual office. The Sales Manager is responsible for setting the goals of the department, understanding the importance of building and maintaining relationships, motivating the team, and projecting an environment of continuous learning. The ideal candidate will provide coaching and leadership to those on the sales team. This role will motivate and guide the team towards reaching all sales goals. He/she will assign territories, report to senior Sales leadership on achievements, and mentor the junior sales team members. This person will also display tremendous leadership experience, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and Growth – Plan, project, and strategize team growth. Absorb valuable knowledge and skills while working collaboratively with a team of sales professionals
  • Lead and manage –Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategies of the department and future sales goals. Also fostering a positive work environment for team members.
  • Maintain customer focus –Develop strong relationships with clients as you find the right products to fit their needs. Work with the team to evaluate new customer goals and assist with identifying solutions that will meet their need.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency Zoom
  • Have a professional work station available at home to work fully remotely
  • 1 year of sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • HLLQP: Possess a professional license to work in the field, or be willing to acquire one through a short and simple, standardized provincial licensing process
  • Qualified to work in Canada
