About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and sales-focused professional to join our team as a Travelling Territory Sales Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships, confidently engage with customers, and drive sales for a cutting-edge, smoke-free tobacco device. Must be comfortable to commute across Winnipeg throughout the shift.

• Territory: Winnipeg, Manitoba
• Start date: June 2nd, 2025
• Contract: December 31, 2025
• Hours: 28 hrs per week
• 4 days per week (flexible)
• 6 hrs per day (flexible - 12-8 pm)
• Rate: competitive base+ incentives based on performance + 1 hour of commute time paid daily

Key Responsibilities

• Field Salesamp; Relationship Building: Visit 2 retail locations daily, spending 3 hours per location, fostering relationships with store staff, and actively engaging customers.

• Customer Engagement: Confidently approach and educate potential customers on the benefits of smoke-free devices. Comfortably have conversations with new customers, making them feel at ease and interested in the product.
• Expert Technical Demonstrations: Deliver hands-on product demonstrations, ensuring customers understand the functionality and advantages of the device.
• Salesamp; Customer Registration: Drive sales by closing deals, accurately register customers, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Retailer Relationship Management: Work closely with retail partners to ensure cooperation, encouraging redirections and customer engagement.
