Senior Project Manager – ServiceMaster Restore WinnipegAre you a detail-oriented, experienced Project Manager ready to take on a leadership role with a fast-growing, dynamic company At ServiceMaster Restore Winnipeg, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who is meticulous, organized, and dedicated to ensuring every aspect of our restoration projects is executed to perfection.In this leadership position, you’ll oversee all stages of large-scale restoration projects, work closely with clients and insurance companies, and lead a team to meet project goals and deadlines.   • Client and Insurance Collaboration: Work closely with property owners and their insurance companies throughout the project, ensuring clear communication and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage Claims and Inspections: Oversee all stages of claims, including job quality inspections, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy are met.
  • Meet or Exceed Expectations: Ensure that all projects meet or exceed client expectations and deadlines, with a keen eye for detail throughout each phase of the job.
  • Multitask Across Projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying organized and ensuring all aspects of the projects are thoroughly tracked and documented.
  • Provide Clear Work Orders: Issue clear, detailed, and accurate work orders to remediation and construction teams, ensuring every project task is well-defined and understood.
  • Prepare Accurate Estimates: Prepare detailed job estimates for insurance adjusters, ensuring the financial aspects are well-documented and precise.
  • Problem-Solve Job Challenges: Resolve unique job-specific challenges with a focus on detail-oriented solutions, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project.
  • On-Call Participation: Participate in the on-call rotation, providing emergency support and managing urgent restoration projects as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Experienceamp; Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the restoration industry with insurance-related projects.
  • A strong background in water, fire, odour, mould, wind, vandalism, and trauma restoration is required.
  • Attention to Detail: An ability to focus on the smallest details, ensuring projects are executed with precision, from initial estimates to final inspections.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xactimate, Xactanalysis, and Microsoft Office. A strong ability to adapt to and learn new technologies and tools is key.
  • Leadershipamp; Motivational Skills: A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Customer-Focused: A customer-first mindset with a passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and insurance partners.
  • Knowledge of Building Codesamp; Safety Standards: Familiarity with industry regulations, codes, and safety standards to ensure compliance across all projects.
  • Driver’s Licenseamp; Background Check: A valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record search certificate are required.
  • Education (Optional): A secondary education in Construction Management is an asset. Training and courses will be provided to the right candidate.
Certifications:
  • Water Remediation Technician certificate.
  • Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician certificate.
