Project Manager Digital Shared ServicesProject Name: Digital Shared ServicesRole: Project ManagerAbout the Project:Digital Health, a Shared Health service, is dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery through the strategic use of information and communication technology. This initiative aims to establish efficient and effective information management and communication processes across the provincial health sector, driving digital transformation in healthcare.Work Location:This role is fully remote; however, services must be performed within Canada.Employment Type:Full-Time Contract Position Qualificationsamp; Mandatory Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Proof required.
  • Information Technology Service Management (ITIL) Certification Proof required.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation Certification Proof requested.
Key Responsibilitiesamp; Experience Requirements: Candidates should demonstrate expertise in the following areas, with relevant examples:
  1. Project Planningamp; Budgeting (8+ years)
    • Develop project plans and budgets, monitor performance against defined metrics, and report progress to steering committees.
    • Must provide examples from at least three projects totaling 8+ years.
  2. Business Analysis (5+ years)
    • Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis, identify gaps, and provide recommendations.
    • Must provide examples from at least two projects totaling 5+ years.
  3. Healthcare Network Infrastructure Deployment (3+ years)
    • Manage projects overseeing network infrastructure rollouts in healthcare facilities or hospitals.
    • Must provide at least one example totaling 3+ years.
  4. Business Case Development (3+ years)
    • Identify and analyze alternative solutions, develop metrics, and measure expected benefits.
    • Must provide at least two examples totaling 3+ years.
  5. Office 365 Deployment (2+ years)
    • Implement Office 365 solutions in large-scale organizations (5000+ users).
    • Must provide at least one example totaling 2+ years.
  6. Privacy Impact Assessments (2+ years)
    • Conduct privacy impact assessments for information systems.
    • Must provide at least one example totaling 2+ years.
  7. Security Assessments (2+ years)
    • Analyze software systems for vulnerabilities, assess security risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
    • Must provide at least one example totaling 2+ years.
