Job Description

As a Service Repair Technician - Warehouse Associate you will ensure the service and repair department is properly equipped to perform daily requirements in an efficient manner. You will perform trial run of the equipment to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications and is in ready-use condition. You will expedite and follow up with customers relating to service/repair orders.You may travel to customer locations. You will perform a trial run of equipment to ensure quality is in ready-to-use condition. *You may also travel to customer locations.

  • Follow the service and repair procedure log.
  • Enter rental and repair orders in the distribution system.
  • Expedite orders and follow up with customers relating to service orders.
  • Conduct in-house or on-site DOP testing.
  • Conduct respiratory fit testing service either in-house or at customer’s site.

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 1 year required, 2 years preferred service and repair experience.
  • 1 year required, 2 years preferred customer service experience.
  • Certificate or license in WHMIS, TDG or forklift operations preferred.
Skillsamp; Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to calibrate precise measurements.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
