Job Description

Overview:Match Retail is looking for Brand Ambassadors with a SMART SERVE for retail alcohol sampling.You will be preparing and sampling different alcohol products while interacting with customers, serving, demonstrating, intercepting customers and selling products in a friendly and professional manner.Time: Varies between 11:30am-3:30pm or 4:00pm-8:00pm (depending on location)Dates & Locations:Fri Sep 16 2022 4-8PM 9970 DUFFERIN STREET VAUGHAN L6A4K5Sat Oct 08 2022 4-8PM 94 FIRST COMMERCE DRIVE AURORA L4G0H5Sat Sep 24 2022 4-8PM 180 GREEN LANE EAST EAST GWILLIMBURY L9N0A2Rate: $20-$23/hrResponsibilities:

  • Setup display table and sampling area
  • Setup food pairing items and sampling supplies
  • Hand out complimentary alcohol samples to consumers
  • Engage with consumers by key messaging to create brand awareness
  • Encourage consumers to buy the brand being sampled
  • Conclude sampling, clean area and complete shift report.
Requirements:
  • MUST be SMART SERVE certified or willing to obtain it before the shift.
  • 1 – 2 years of previous brand ambassador or relevant experience necessary
  • Experience working on Sampling or tasting programs
  • Have an outgoing and proactive personality
  • Must be very confident with an approachable attitude
