Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing setting and be able to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of systems and machinery in an efficient and safe manner. The Maintenance Technician will be required to work in various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and systems are running at peak efficiency.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work performed.
  • Ensure that all safety procedures and standards are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address operational issues and improve system performance.
  • Assist in managing inventory of tools, parts, and materials needed for maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and health regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Licensed Industrial Electrician (Code 442A)
    • Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
    • Good communication skills to interact with team members and other departments
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to work any shift (8 hours), from 5 AM to as late as 12 AM, as required
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in a manufacturing setting
    • Millwright certification (Code 433A)
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good references from previous employers
Compensation:
  • Pay and conditions will be determined based on relevant experience.
**Temps should arrive 1 hour early for Orientation Training**All temps must;
  • Have safety shoes
  • Have a photo ID
  • Be GMP compliant
  • Be able to work in a very fast-paced environment
