We are looking for a bright, ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the Marketing team to create, plan, and build integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including online, print and participating in events. This role offers lots of opportunities to learn and grow.JOB SUMMARYThe Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in the development, coordination, and execution of successful sales and marketing campaigns. The team oversees multiple brands and collaborates with different stakeholders for those brands. Analyzing the various markets, locations and requirements, the team will execute campaigns and projects from creation to completion. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and ensure accuracy in their work. Familiarity with B2B and B2C, adapting to various locations, and providing a consistent brand tone is essential; the individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of change.The role will assist with pay-per-click campaigns, email marketing, social media, websites, designs, events, and other marketing initiatives. Additionally, the Coordinator will manage daily tasks such as tracking projects, reporting, maintaining calendars and various administrative duties.Based in Ontario, the Marketing Coordinator will be working under the direction of the Marketing Manager. The role will be hybrid, work from home and report to the office. From time to time, there will be some travel to attend tradeshows or events in the GTA region.Because we are a close-knit team, the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, show initiative, and work well independently and in a team environment.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and optimize PPC advertising campaigns on Google Ads, META, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at brand awareness and lead generation
  • Create and test digital assets for advertising (ad copy, graphics and videos)
  • Monitor performance and prepare regular reports capturing KPIs, ROIs and digital advertising results
  • Assist with corporate social media strategy development and execution
  • Maintain and improve corporate website ranking through blog creation, content updates and search engine optimization techniques
  • Attend events and tradeshows to promote brand recognition
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging through all platforms
  • Other duties as assigned by management
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field (Business, Marketing, Advertising)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid experience with Mailchimp (or other email marketing software), Google products (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google My Business) and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with the following considered an asset: Unbounce, Hootsuite, SEMrush, Adobe Photoshop, Canva and any video editing software
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practice
  • An optimistic attitude and willingness to bring ideas to the table
