Join the Cornerstone Crew!Member Service Representative (MSR I/MSR II)* - Approximate 6 month term - WynyardBe Part of Something . . . . .Were looking for an attentive Member Service Representative with great communication skills to join our team at the Wynyard branch of Cornerstone Credit Union!As the Member Services Representative, it would be your job to provide a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash financial services, solutions and alternatives such as accounts, consumer deposit products, terms, RRSPs and TFSAs to our new and existing members in a friendly, genuine way!Reporting to the Manager, Financial Services, the Member Service Representative will processes member transactions, deliver member information, promote credit union deposit services and make referrals.

  • This position is for an approximate 6 month term and may be shortened or lengthened depending on organizational requirements. This position will be filled as either a Member Service Representative I or a Member Service Representative II depending on the successful candidates qualifications.
What we are looking for . . . . .To be considered for our Member Service Representative position, you must have Grade 12 education with post-secondary education in business being preferred, and a minimum of one year of related customer service experience or equivalent combination of education or experience.If you already know about the features and benefits of credit union products and services thats an extra bonus!You must be able to recognize cross selling opportunities, make or refer sales, handle cash properly and have strong verbal and written communication skills.A commitment to continuous learning and development is an important part of being on our team as well as taking pride in caring for our members and providing top-notch customer service!We Say We Care, and We Mean It . . . . .Cornerstone Credit Union is a caring and compassionate organization.
