Job Description

We #39;re looking for talented individuals like you to join our team as our Client Experience Manager.As our Client Experience Manager you will be the face of our company to each of our clients and ensuring that we are delivering an exceptional client experience. Managing and enhancing the overall customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer engagement. Some of your responsibilities would also include:Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with your clients to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding their expectations.
  • Maintain frequent contact with your portfolio of clients on a regular basis via email and phone conversations.
  • Detailed internal account management, organization, and proactive support, communication, and monitoring to ensure accurate service tracking, results, and excellent client experience
  • Cross collaboration with internal departments to ensure a great client experience along with the execution of all client requests, questions and needs.
  • Identify opportunities where we can provide additional value-add services to our clients and internally work with relevant departments to execute these services.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree or High school Diploma equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
  • Experience using a CRM and/or other project management platforms.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
