You will work on both routine maintenance and emergency repair tasks to ensure the reliability and safety of the electrical infrastructure.Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground power lines and electrical systems.
  • Inspect and test power lines and equipment to identify and fix faults.
  • Perform regular maintenance on electrical infrastructure to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Work on live lines and adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Respond to emergency calls and restore power during outages.
Requirements
  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program for Linemen.
  • Journeyman Lineman certification.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and power line maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
