  • Develop land use plans and programs.
  • Review and approve development proposals.
  • Conduct field investigations, surveys, and research to compile and analyze data on economic, social, regulatory, and physical factors affecting land use.
  • Present reports and recommendations to government officials and the public.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning laws and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience with urban planning and land use principles.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of zoning laws and environmental regulations.
