We are principled, energetic, collaborative, experts, local and strong.The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly motivated Loans Support Representative with strong interpersonal skills to join our retail team. The Loan Support Rep is responsible to provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the lending department and collaborate with other departments to provide a variety of reporting. The successful candidate will act as a receptionist by responding and referring members and non-members to appropriate staff members and/or departments.Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 with preference given to individuals with one to three years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Build and sustain effective working relationships with staff, members, and community.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to accomplish common goals within a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a high level of oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
