Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and applying finishes to surfaces
  • Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, grinders, and polishers
  • Restore and repair damaged concrete surfaces
  • Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
  • Apply caulking and sealants to ensure watertight surfaces
  • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for installation purposes
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Assist with drywall installation and finishing
  • Perform heavy lifting as required
  • Must be able to organize crew members
Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in concrete finishing or related field preferred
  • Proficient in operating heavy equipment for construction purposes
  • Strong welding skills for metal fabrication tasks
  • Knowledge of caulking techniques and sealant application
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
  • Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Experience with drywall installation and finishing techniques
  • Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks
