This dual-focus position combines sales revenue with recruitment, allowing you to shape the future of our business by expanding both our client protection and your team.You’ll work closely with leadership, using data-driven approaches to maximize client satisfaction and develop an effective recruitment strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand grow yoursales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert given leads into valuable income.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and solutions that meet their needs.
Recruiting Manager
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent across various locations.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to identify top candidates.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in both sales growth and recruiting beneficial
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
