If you are interested in utilizing your leadership skills, working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a challenging opportunity this is a great opportunity for you!Location: 165-572 Aero Dr NE, Calgary, AB T2E 8P6, CanadaSchedule: 40-44 hrs weekly with Wednesday/Saturday off.Here are the responsibilities for this role:

• Perform routing activity for Calgary and Edmonton Markets
• Plan and schedule delivery partner capacity to ensure routes/GC deliveries are covered
• Implement/Execute Initiatives to Drive KPI Outcomes i.e Cost per order and Quality
• Ensure capacity development pipeline for Delivery service partners
• Process daily order data into delivery routes, and coordinate driver arrivals with Goodfood’s Fulfillment team to ensure deliveries are complete by the required deadline;
• Ensure the timely and accurate transfer of physical orders to delivery partners from our distribution hub in coordination with the fulfillment team ;
• Enforce the adherence of standard operating procedures (before, during and after delivery) and provide coaching to delivery partners;
• Escalate operational and distribution exceptions to the Operations Lead so that Goodfood always has the opportunity to fulfill our delivery promise;
• Train and oversee an all-star team of associates, by managing their schedules, holding weekly team meetings and assessing individual performance.

Requirements and qualifications:

• College or university with a degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or other relevant area of study (an asset);
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role;
• Strong communication skills in English (written and oral);
• Leadership, autonomy, initiative, management and planning skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit (ability to advise/ lead);
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (0 to 4 degrees);
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment;
• Tech Savvy (G-Suite/Excel/Pivots/CSVs).
