Join us as we expand our Inn and Winery!Work and live along Ontario #39;s West CoastOnsite accommodations availableJob description:The successful candidate will be responsible for prepping and cooking alongside the sous chef and Chef for al a carte dining, special chef dinners and banquetsDuties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow a daily prep sheet to indicate levels on hand and amounts required.
• Prepare and cook meals according to orders
• Work alongside fellow team members (i.e servers, dishwashers etc.)
• Clean and organize the kitchen at all times.
• Assure the proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment
• Ensure food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation of food products.
• Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant.

Skills and Experience

• Previous Back of House/Kitchen experience preferred but willing to train for the right candidate
• Punctuality, strong work ethic and maintain professionalism at all time
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Customer service skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have a strong initiative.
• A positive and team-oriented attitude.
