  • Practical experience utilizing continuous improvement, lean, and other problem-solving principles and methodologies
  • Experience using database and spreadsheet tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, exercise influence, and build working relationships
  • Post-secondary degree in field such as Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar field of study
  • 1-2 years experience in an operations or similar role in the courier or logistics industry
  • Understanding of the Canadian healthcare environment is beneficial
