  • Configured and implemented multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
  • Partnered with business stakeholders to gather and analyze HR functional requirements, translating them into effective Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
  • Contributed to end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, data migration, system testing, and go-live activities.
  • Performed gap analyses to identify differences between current HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud best practices, recommending optimized solutions.
  • Assisted in the setup of security roles, approval workflows, and HCM Extracts to ensure proper access control and process automation.
  • Executed Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configurations and ensure solution quality.
  • Delivered post-implementation support, resolving functional issues across Oracle HCM modules and ensuring system stability.
  • Created comprehensive end-user training materials and conducted training sessions for HR teams and key stakeholders.
