  • Define the Product Vision and Strategy: Own the product roadmap and ensure it aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Manage the Product Backlog: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to reflect the most valuable features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Gather requirements and feedback from business leaders, users, and other stakeholders to inform product decisions.
  • Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Clearly document user stories and define criteria to ensure development meets business needs.
  • Work Closely with the Development Team: Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, clarifying requirements and answering questions.
  • Participate in Agile Ceremonies: Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth Agile delivery.
  • Accept or Reject Work: Review completed work and determine whether it meets acceptance criteria and is ready for release.
  • Prioritize Customer Value: Make decisions that maximize product value and user satisfaction.
