Our values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence enable us to lead the industry in providing the optimal solution for our clients.Keller is looking for a Payroll Administrator based out of our Acton, ON location.Responsibilities:Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with processing payroll on a weekly basis
  • Review and approve payroll data in ERP system
  • Send payroll data to Corporate Payroll so they can calculate weekly payments
  • Review entries for accuracy
  • Enter, data for off-cycle payments in ERP system
  • Review and send Corporate HR new hire paperwork for union employees
Qualifications:Qualified Candidates should have:
  • Working towards Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or completion.
  • Data entry experience minimum 2-3 years.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Familiarity with Ontario Employment Standards compliance (ESA). Quebec Provincial legislation a plus.
  • Analytical, with problem-identification and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively autonomously with little supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
