Job Description

CLINIC MANAGERJob SummaryWe are looking for a driven and enthusiastic new member of our team as Clinic Manager. He/She must be passionate about the beauty industry and aligns with our values as a brand.The main focus of the Clinic Manager is to ensure that clinic operations run smoothly with the goal of growing the business. The Clinic Manager is responsible to oversee the daily operations of Artisan Aesthetics with a focus on exceptional guest experience, maximizing revenue opportunities and the utilization of appointments.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day?to?day Artisan operations including and not limited to:
- clinic concierge taking appointments, reservations, guest service, upselling, and guest departure.- Scheduling for staff- Guest after-care and client follow ups ensuring client retention- Daily/Weekly/Monthly analysis and reporting regarding client analysis and financial data * Ensuring financial goals of the clinic are MET and best if exceeded
  • Implement training plans under the guidance of CEO;
- Service Standards / Guest Experience / Guest Assessment- New / Developing Wellness concepts (guided by CEO)
  • Fostering strong relationships with Suppliers/Account representatives
  • Supporting the CEO in the implementation of budgets, with a strategic and operational focus
  • Spearhead in the implementation of marketing strategies, and any online platforms promoting Artisan Aesthetics
  • Heading team development meetings and feedback analysis (weekly/monthly meetings)
  • Maintain good records / reports - with confidentiality as a prime consideration.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
  • Responsible for client feedback/complaints and ensuring top-notch customer service
  • Staff management
  • Conduct recruitment, hiring, and training of staff
  • Able to travel to another location (Cobourg) on a biweekly/monthly basis to assist with expansion
  • Other activities as directed by the CEO
Standard Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update policies and manuals, as related to the department, for implementation in the field
  • Is a “brand ambassador” at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity is always maintained
  • Model the clinic’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times
  • All other duties as required
