March Break Camp Coach - Jobs in Ajax, ON

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with campers during all camp activities and events
Create and lead camp activities, such as games, crafts, and outdoor activities
Provide guidance and support to campers in areas of personal development and social interaction
Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
Keep accurate records of camper attendance and participation in activities
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding the progress and well-being of their child
Work as part of a team to ensure a positive camp experience for all

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children in a camp or youth development setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
First Aid and CPR certification is preferred
Must have a positive attitude and a strong desire to work with children

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies as needed
Ability to engage in physical activities such as games, sports and outdoor activities
