Qualifications/Skills:
  • Quick data entry capability
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy (invoicing, credits, sales order entry)
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel required
  • Working knowledge of quick books or other accounting software is preferred
Full Position Duties:
  • Answer inbound phones in a timely, friendly manner
  • Act as the first contact and face of the company to new and existing customers calling in
  • Enter and process orders via phone, email, B2B, CRM and/or fax in a timely, accurate, manner for the warehouse to fill.
  • Invoice sales orders quickly with attention to pricing & discount details
  • Assist Sales reps in the field with account history, questions pertaining to accounts and receivables history
  • Provide support to senior staff with respect to accounts
  • Liaison with warehouse staff to provide answers to inventory inquiries for customers
  • Take customer payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Share customer inquiries with Sales Managers for follow-up
  • Investigate and resolve any credit inquiries/issues on customers behalf
  • Investigate and resolve any shipping inquiries/issues
