Job Description Residential Team Lead CleanerSetitup Cleaning Service IncREQUIREMENTS: A residential Team Lead Cleaner has an important job because they will keep the residential homes clean and organized, they will be training employees, overseeing all cleaning of the cleaning assistants, using checklist to ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to the company and client standard. Since they have the main duties to clean the resident home of our clients, a residential Team Lead cleaner will perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing of all touch areas on every service, bathroom/ toilet and kitchen cleaning, straightening or making of beds when required. The residential cleaner should be able to work as a team. The team lead should be able to clean a resident on their own. Going over and beyond the companys expectations.To be successful as a resident Team Lead cleaner, you will have to have great stamina, a positive attitude, and dedication to excellence you should be able to give positive feedback to all cleaners that they are training. The top candidate for this job will display the strength, efficiency, and respect to the home and its residents.
