In this role, you will report into the Manager, Collaboration Applications, and enhance our applications with our IT team.   • Provide system support for SaaS applications including, Odiss, Sage, Microsoft Power Platform, MS O365 Suite, Shopify, Zendesk, Lucidchart, SmartSheets, and JIRA
  • Proactively identify, catalog and prioritize application issues and provide resolutions to ensure operational excellence in conjunction with stakeholders and vendors
  • Perform functional, technical, and performance testing to validate the operational stability of custom built or vendor created application systems
  • Work with the IT team to evaluate and document business processes and procedures to ensure consistent support and administrative practices
  • Design and implement processes, procedures, scripts, templates, documents, databases, and software components that support data quality for systems and infrastructure environments
  • Collaborate and build a strong relationship with all members of the IT team and key business stakeholders to create and maintain reliable, efficient, and high-quality application solutions
  • Participate in special projects through all facets of the Software Development Lifecycle or COTS product lifecycle to assess impact and ensure success
  • Provide training to the business on various application systems and projects developed in-house and externally
  • Develop, configure, enhance, and support in-house built or externally developed application systems by evaluating the business need, liaising with external vendors, analyzing technical requirements, and developing software systems in accordance with relevant IT standards
To be successful in this role, you will have…
  • 2-5 years’ experience in application support and system analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of Applications including Dynamics CRM
  • Strong understanding and experience with IT operational process frameworks
  • Broad knowledge of computer systems technology, programming, design techniques, and various Software Development Lifecyle methodologies
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level organizational support
