Healthcare Licensingamp; Credentialing Specialist (Independent Contractor) Position: Independent Contractor Healthcare Licensingamp; Credentialing Specialist Location: Remote (Canada-wide) Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Flexible hours) Company: Neobridge Healthcare About Us Neobridge Healthcare is a Canadian healthcare recruitment and solutions company dedicated to connecting skilled healthcare professionals with employers across the country. We work with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other allied health professionals, helping them navigate the recruitment process from start to finish including licensing, credentialing, and compliance. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Licensingamp; Credentialing Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will support the licensing, registration, and credentialing process for a variety of healthcare professions across multiple provinces and territories in Canada. You will liaise with regulatory bodies, healthcare organizations, and candidates to ensure all compliance requirements are met efficiently and accurately.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, process-driven, and knowledgeable about Canadian healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end licensing and credentialing process for healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, pharmacists, nurses, allied health).
  • Research and interpret licensing requirements for different healthcare professions and jurisdictions.
  • Prepare, review, and submit applications and supporting documents to provincial/territorial regulatory colleges.
  • Communicate with candidates and guide them through licensing timelines, documentation requirements, and regulatory expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and secure records of applications, approvals, and renewals.
  • Stay informed on changes in provincial healthcare licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless onboarding of candidates.
Qualifications
  • Experience with healthcare licensing, credentialing, or regulatory compliance in Canada.
  • Familiarity with provincial/territorial healthcare regulatory bodies and their processes.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using online tools to manage documentation and communication.
Preferred:
  • Experience across multiple healthcare professions (e.g., physicians, pharmacists, nurses, allied health).
  • Background in recruitment, healthcare administration, or regulatory affairs.
Contract Details This is an independent contractor role with highly competitive compensation available.
