Job Description

Prosperity Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners on behalf of healthcare clients across Canada.   • Conduct detailed health assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
  • Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of provincial regulations
  • Provide patient education, preventive care, and health promotion
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Requirements
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the relevant provincial nursing college
  • CFPC Certification (College of Family Physicians of Canada)
  • CPSA Full Licence (if practicing in Alberta) or relevant medical licensing authority in your province
  • Previous experience in a clinical, primary care, or family health setting
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care
