Job DescriptionPerforms all standard supporting tasks for an Executive Calendar management travel arrangements expense reports meeting arrangements meeting minutes action registers etcThe work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment to remain knowledgeable of corporate policies. Has to deal with sensitive complex and highly confidential information. Conducts various analytical special projects. Performs as a skilled officer a number of tasks to support activities of the Services amp Solution Delivery in a professional way. Works in a large and complex organization where substantial interests are at stake having a significant impact on Philips or a large proportion of it.Makes decisions without consulting others and is held responsible for these decisions afterwards.
