We are assisting our client, a 5- star boutique Ski Resort located in the Banff region of Alberta, Canada with about 100 rooms and foodamp; beverage facilities open 12 months a year, seeks an excellent Human Resources Director reporting directly to the General Manager of the Resort.Human Resources DirectorThis individual will have the proven ability to develop a sound and progressive human resources plan and coordinate all HR initiatives. Very logical and analytical, focuses on the job and is not dependent upon others. They will need to bring a mature and productive approach to their area of expertise and must have a proven track record of successAs a HR department leader, will direct all organizational needs, develop aligned HR solutions, and implement strategies in the areas of compensation and benefits, recognition, orientation, training, human resources administration, health and safety and colleague wellness.
