Companies get the right matched talent and vintage experts get to extend their careers working from home.Your Opportunity:As a ground floor addition to the WAHVE team you will have the opportunity to lay the groundwork for the future success of your clients, candidates and yourself. Located in either Edmonton or Calgary, the immediate challenge will be to assist with building a deep and qualified talent pool of experienced professionals and as brand grows there will be organic opportunities for you to grow with it!Your Responsibilities:Research

  • Sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates
  • Conducting candidate interviews
  • Research using internal database and external sources such as indeed, and LinkedIn
  • Engaging with industry associations to build brand awareness and drive referrals
  • Reviewing and pre-screening applicants
  • Attending industry trade shows
  • Occasional Travel
Coordination/Administration
  • Writing professional documents such as job ads, profiles and social media posts for WAHVE and Executrade Insurance
  • Answering and distributing inbound calls
  • Conducting professional reference checks
  • Inputting and updating information into CRM
  • Presentation preparation
  • Scheduling meetings, interviews and other logistical duties as required
  • Ordering supplies, engaging with vendors
Your Background
  • Ideally, you have worked as a sourcer, researcher, recruiter or coordinator in the staffing industry with a proven track record of success.
  • You have worked in a KPI- metrics focused company for 3+ years and have excelled expectations.
  • Minimum two (2) years working in professional setting.
  • Experience with Insurance, Investments or Finance would be a bonus
  • Degree or diploma in business, marketing, Finance or Risk Management would be also bonus.
  • Desire to be in a results-oriented environment.
