Job Description

We are currently looking for Project Administrators in Nisku for our Modular Yards Fabrication Projects!Who we Are - We are an Alberta based, family owned industrial contractor with over 25 years of successful industrial construction experience. Typical Responsibilities:
  • Daily time entry, including timesheets review and cost coding, for payroll entry and LEM creation of 100+ manpower
  • Review all time entry data changes that affect Payroll processing to ensure accuracy
  • Subcontractor invoice processing for submission to payroll
  • Coordinate with project management on timesheets for contracts and subcontract billings
  • Process daily LEMs for Labour, Equipment and Material for the Client
  • Review third party sub con LEM for client approval
  • Material received and verified against Purchase Orders, and reflected on LEMs
  • Providing daily man counts to ownership, management and client
  • Support project controls and adherence to policies and procedures within the department
  • Support Project Managers and other divisional personnel with document preparation and filing
  • Maintain employee history data records by electronic or manual filing systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Administers and prepares internal/external cost reports
  • Completes Payroll entry and creates LEM reports
  • High volume receiving responsibilities for LEMs
  • High keying speeds to enter receiving amounts/quantities accurately in accounting system
What you bring:
  • Commensurate experience in administrative role with high volume keying and accuracy
  • Familiarity with time, materials and cost control measures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent MS Office Skill particularly in Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task, with experience responding to changing deadlines/priorities
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional manner with tact and diplomacy
  • Effective written and verbal business communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Dedicated team player
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain confidentiality
  • Must have oil & gas admin experience
  • Previous experience: Administration, Site Administrator, Site Admin, Construction, Oil&Gas, Project Admin, Project Administrator
