If this sounds like you, please apply!Associate PMs work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. You will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.What does an Associate Project Manager with Paul Davis do

  • Provide direct support to the Senior Project Manager and the development team on projects from pre-development through construction.
  • Coordinate and manage tasks relating to the Project, including but not limited to the day-to-day operation of the office, information gathering, and monthly reporting.
  • Extensive coordination with third-party professionals, consultants, architects, engineers, etc.
  • Create, manage, and maintain project timelines and proposal requests.
  • Create spreadsheets as requested for use by development & construction teams.
  • Keep records of all drawings and project documents.

  • Base + commission on projects completed. Our current Associate PMs yearly pay range from $40,000 to $80,000+ depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.

  • Must be a diligent and focused individual who enjoys hard work and its rewards.
  • Able to work both independently and support a team; ability to take direction.Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities/projects as needed or assigned.Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.Positive, outgoing attitude to assist fellow employees, consultants, and community/state representatives.
Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training. Skills Desired of Team Member:
