Position SummaryThe Full Stack Software Engineer will work on a .NET Technologies team on the InEight Billings product. The Software Engineer will join a team of experienced developers who operate within an Agile development methodology under the functional area of Billing Management. This role will have direct interaction with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Product Managers, UI/UX, and QA to design and develop solutions. Our industry-leading solutions, dedicated employees, and proven leadership team provide a solid foundation to support our continued growth and success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop applications using VB.NET and C#.NET languages, leveraging latest .NET Framework, Developer Express visual components, and various debugging applications. Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks.Develop, analyze, and perform performance tuning of MS SQL Server queries and stored proceduresCollaborate with team members to understand integration requirements and develop solutions that meet business needsDevelop, test, and deploy software integrations that facilitate the smooth exchange of data between InEight’s product suiteWrite and develop technical specifications and architectureCoordinate and communicate with engineering and product team membersDesign and implement desktop application User Interfaces (UIs)Ability to support and develop Object Orientated Programming (OOP)QualificationsMinimum 4 years work experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and MS SQL Server queries and stored proceduresPrior experience with Azure SQL development is preferredPrior experience with Azure databus architecture is preferredPrior experience with front end Develop Express controls is preferredPrior experience working in a commercial software product is preferredPrior experience working in an Agile environment is preferredDemonstrate initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure by meeting tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standardsHighly motivated and self-directedStrong interpersonal skills to resolve problems in a professional mannerConceptual understanding of software development processStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstands testing best practicesAbility to work collaboratively in a teamInEight Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, (EOE) and will consider all applications without regard to race, marital status, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
