Working alongside our team ofEstimators and Project Managers, you #39;ll help ensure projects are estimated effectively and competitively, laying the foundation for successful project execution.This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a few solid years of experience in construction estimating who’s ready to take the next step.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in reviewing proposal documents, drawings, and specifications
• Help prepare cost estimates for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Conduct quantity take-offs using Planswift or similar software
• Communicate with sub-trades and suppliers to gather pricing and availability
• Support the management of the supplier/sub-contractor database
• Track and distribute addenda and incorporate changes into estimates
• Participate in pre-bid site meetings and take notes for estimating purposes
• Maintain organized records of estimates and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and competitive bid submissions
• Stay up to date on industry pricing trends and best practices

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in construction estimating or project coordination
• Diploma or degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with construction drawings and contract documents
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Experience with estimating software (Planswift or similar)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow into a senior role
• Ability to travel to job sites when necessary
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
