Job Description

Job Opportunity: Project CoordinatorLocation: AncasterJob Type: Full-TimePOSITION SUMMARY:CSL is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the project lifecycle, from planning to execution. This individual will manage administrative tasks, coordinate resources, and ensure seamless project operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Coordinationamp; Administration (80%)

  • Support full-cycle project planning and coordination.
  • Manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Create procurement plans, process purchase orders, and track vendor invoices.
  • Apply for necessary permits and prepare job packages for the project team.
  • Monitor contract deliverables and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  • Maintain ERP systems and ensure timely processing of all administrative requirements.
  • Attend site meetings, take minutes, and communicate key updates to stakeholders.
General Responsibilities (20%)
  • Oversee the creation of work breakdown structures (WBS) and procurement plans.
  • Submit work hours and other required data to ERP systems.
  • Support monthly and annual reporting processes.
  • Assist with winter season dispatch and monitoring activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3–5 years of construction experience.
  • Educational background in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid G license with a clean driving abstract.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, project scheduling tools, and mobile applications.
  • A positive attitude and ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
