The Cogir Foundation supports projects and causes grouped under four main axes, namely young people, seniors, cultural diversity and the environment.POSITION DESCRIPTION:We are currently looking for an accounts receivable clerk to be part of our great team in Brossard! Young and dynamic, our team offers you a great working environment.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out the calculation, preparation and processing of accounts receivable invoices
  • Enter leases into the system - Hopem
  • Make adjustments to customer accounts daily
  • Make deposits and collections daily
  • Process lease renewals before due dates
  • Reply to emails
  • Work closely with other departments within the company
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • DEP or DEC in accounting
  • 3 to 5 years of job-related experience
  • Bilingualism both oral and written
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel software
  • Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
