  • Parts Ordering and Status
  • Backordered item ETA
  • Order cancelation
  • Parts Pricing
  • Place outbound phone calls to dealerships to follow up on recent inquiries
What You Bring to the Role
  • Ability to read, write, and speak French and English. In this role you will be interacting with global customers and coworkers whose primary language is French or English.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an automotive parts specialist
  • Thorough knowledge of automobile mechanical and electronic functions
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must already reside in one of the following Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan. Not eligible in Alberta.
