Job Description-Driving the catering delivery truck to assigned areas and delivering food items. (Hot and cold food items, hot and cold beverages)-Moving Heavy items.Candidate should be capable of lifting/carrying 50lbs.This is a physically demanding position.-Doing catering setups and tear-downs. (setting Buffets and Place Settings)-Dealing with clients.This is a front line customer service position and the successful applicant will be responsible to communicate with clients while performing deliveries.-Following a schedule and adhering to strict timelines.-Completing all assigned tasks in a timely fashion-Communicating with direct Managers and Supervisors in a timely manner while out on the deliveries.-Follow Provincial, STFX and Sodexo vehicle safety policies.-Responsible for daily vehicle inspections and reporting issues with catering vehicles to manager.
