Market Research Recruiters-Work from Home. No sellingDecision Point Research company is hiring Recruiters. Our organization provides research data services for marketing, advertising, packaging, and product development purposes to Consumers, Fortune 100 companies, global ad agencies, product manufacturers, service companies, medical and pharmaceutical companies, and other large-scale organizations. This position requires the ability to speak to consumers, high level business professionals and healthcare professionals who would participate in paid research focus groups, computer knowledge, internet search engine knowledge, and the ability to be resourceful in finding businesses/healthcare personnel and people who qualify to participate in market research studies in your area.   • To fully brief on the project and ensure all specifications, quotas, timelines, and relevant details are clear at the outset. To familiarize oneself with the project screener, project notes and the project grids in addition to any ancillary documents that may be provided
  • To recruit respondents according to specifications provided on screener and via management
  • To ensure all relevant updates from Project Lead, Project Management and Clients are noted, understood, and followed
  • To follow the allotted project hours and flow rates to the best of one’s ability and communicate any issues that may arise and prevent the recruiter in following the same.
  • To keep the Project Manager up-to-date daily and alert the same of any challenges encountered etc.
  • To be self-reliant and creative in procuring sample where needed. Desk Research is a necessary skill and required where sample is available on a limited basis
  • To ensure regular communication and updates re: project status with the Project Lead and Project Manager
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met, and all quotas followed. Should any challenges arise impeding the same, to ensure Project Lead and management are immediately alerted to plan accordingly.
  • Carry out work specifications based on company quality standards, productivity, and show rates.
  • To recruit respondents who are qualified according to specifications and who are cooperative, non-disruptive and will show up for their scheduled appointment on time
  • To adhere to a 90% show rate target, placing nudge/reminder calls as required, including placing a call on the day of the interview/FG
  • To keep up to date on all challenges with a project, particularly in instances when a project is not going smoothly, and recruitment is challenging
  • To execute and maintain an organized and clean ROC (record of call)/disposition/update list that can be sent to the client at any given time on request
  • To ensure that company policies and procedures are being followed and upheld
  • To ensure daily check-ins and sign-outs are sent via email at the beginning and end of each shift. The sign in must have the Project Lead and management in copy. The sign-out email is to include the hours worked for each project, start and end times for each project, feedback and notes on progress and tasks, along with number of recruited respondents
  • To keep up attendance against scheduled shifts
  • To ensure management is notified immediately of any planned absences and any vacation requests and/or leave of absence requests are communicated at the earliest opportunity
  • To ensure that team lead and team members and management are sent an update on any relevant project issues/status updates prior to any absences
  • To promote an inclusive, positive, professional, team-and results-oriented workplace culture
  • Employees are expected to practice collegiality, which includes being helpful, respectful, courteous, cooperative, approachable, and team-oriented
  • Building strong working relationships and a positive work environment – derogatory or disparaging remarks will not be tolerated
