General Requirements:

• Seasonal availability (April to mid-Oct)
• Availability for all weekends and statutory holidays (must)
• Provide exceptional guest services.
• Excellent work ethic and communications skills.
• Previous work experience in restaurants required for certain positions.
• Must have BC Serving It Right certificate for certain positions.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for a full shift.
• Manual dexterity is required.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Seasonal Food and Beverage Opportunities

• Server / Bartender

• • Welcoming customers, reading, and listening to people to determine foodamp; beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking foodamp; drink orders.
  • Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
  • Make sure bills are entered correctly, credit cards are processed properly, and cash-out is done to specifications.
  • Learn the full operation of the POS system.
  • Take ownership of all inventory items under your control and recognize they are as important as cash.
  • Ensure all patrons are of legal drinking age by requestingamp; inspecting identification.
  • Other duties as assigned.

• Greeter
  • Answering the phone to handle reservations and guest inquiries.
  • Maintaining professionalism and kindness towards guests.
  • Be skilled with problem solving and anticipating the needs of guests.
  • Providing solutions to the guest #39;s complaints or issues or escort them to the supervisor or manager.
  • Helping in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
  • Leading our front door to ensure prompt, friendly greeting and seating of each guest.
  • Other duties as assigned.

• Beverage Cartamp; Concession Stand Attendant
  • Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
  • Serves food and beverage items to guests while on the course (beverage cart) and in the concession stand (Ranch House).
  • Make sure sales are calculated correctly, credit cards are processed properly, and cash-out is done to specifications.
  • Take ownership of all inventories under your control and recognize it is as important as cash currency.
  • Ensure all patrons are of legal drinking age by requestingamp; inspecting identification.
  • Stocking and cleaning of beverage cart when necessary.
  • Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Supervisor.
  • Completion of daily opening and closing duties, as well as daily and weekly cleaning duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
• Food and Beverage Supervisor (Seasonal Salary)
  • Responsible for overseeing the daily F amp;B operations.
  • Participate in recruiting and training.
  • Ensure employees are following all policies and procedures.
  • Strong ability to provide guest service, and service recovery.
  • Responsible for scheduling employees, and monitor labour cost.
  • Responsible for monthly beverage inventory.
  • Participate in purchasing.
  • Coordinate, special events (wedding ceremonies, birthday parties etc..)
  • Working knowledge of health and safety.
  • Overtime expected during business demand periods.
  • Other duties as needed.
