Duties and Responsibilities:Reporting to General Manager, the Guest Service Agent is responsible for all transactions and guest services related lodging and golf operations.

• Greeting the guests and ensuring all services standards are followed.
• Check-in and check-out guests for hotel rooms, and green fees.
• Process retail transactions in golf shop.
• Setting wake up calls for guests.
• Making guests reservations for hotel rooms, and golf tee times.
• Answer questions on hotel rates, green fee rates, resort facilities, retail products, services and special promotions.
• Maintain organized workstation, including changing and maintaining retail displays.
• Assist in golf shop inventory counts (monthly)
• Responsible for balancing cash and credit receipts (daily)
• Organize tee sheet, information sheets, and cart signs for next day.
• Ensure hotel room inventory system is accurate for next day arrivals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible schedule. Weekends, and statutory holidays are a must.
• Previous experience in similar environment is an asset.
• Enjoy providing exceptional guest service with outgoing and welcoming personality.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable in fast paced work environments.
• Demonstrate patience while handling service recovery situations.
• Posses safe work habits with an awareness of safe work procedures.
• Information system literacy
• Prior systems knowledge is required. Point of sale system (Club Prophet) and Property Management System (WebRez) is an asset.
• Must be able to lift 20lbs.
