As a management team member, you will play a key role in achieving the organization’s desired outcomes.You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of optimal customer service while serving as the administrative lead for the management team. Additionally, you will oversee various administrative and operational tasks. Your role within the management team will be crucial in delivering the organization #39;s goals and ensuring its success.HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • By providing administrative support and managing various tasks, including reviewing and controlling documents/reports, as well as basic accounting.
  • By maintaining effective relations with authorities and organization stakeholders.
  • By attending all meetings and committees and providing full administrative support.
  • By coordinating a variety of tasks, projects and activities.
  • By coordinating the operations of a small department.
  • By acting as a primary communications resource for certain projects.
RequirementsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEAs the ideal candidate, you are fluent in both official languages and have a proven track record in similar roles. You possess advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms. You hold a relevant post-secondary degree and have over ten (10+) years of professional experience.Your exceptional interpersonal skills are complemented by your engaging and optimistic personality. You excel in organization, time management, prioritization, and task follow-up.Your area of interest is working in an environment that values service quality, where the ability to work independently or as part of a team is sometimes necessary. You are comfortable collaborating with teams, working directly with leaders from various departments, and managing or coordinating the implementation of new initiatives with staff.Your ability to build strong relationships is based on creating an environment of integrity and professionalism, combined with a high attention to detail.
