Wild Wing Aurora is hiring Full time for all ‘Back Of House’ positions. We are looking for a professional cook to prepare food to the exact specifications. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.Please apply via email or bring your resume to the Restaurant (650 Wellington Street E, Aurora) in person.Required experience:· Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables.)· Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff· Answer, report and follow the Managers instructions· Clean up station and stock the station· Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion· Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards· Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers· You have the ability to support operations in the kitchen or step it up and lead when required· You have the ability to manage inventory and work in a way that reduces wasteRequired license or certification:· Proven cooking experience· Excellent understanding of ingredients, equipment and procedures· Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks· Food handlers certificate preferredCandidate must:· be HONEST· be a quick learner· motivated and down to earth· shows responsibility & initiative to improve our business· Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, washrooms and kitchen utensils supplies· Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager· fluent in English, multilingual welcomed*** Training will be provided and duration varies on the individual.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $16.00-$21.00 per hourSchedule:
