One Full-Time Contract Position to March 31, 2024 (with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent)Dual Diagnosis Case Manager - The Mental Health Dual Diagnosis Case Manager is responsible for the provision of comprehensive case management and advocacy services to individuals age sixteen and over who are experiencing significant difficulties in daily functioning as a result of serious mental illness and developmental disability.The Mental Health Dual Diagnosis Case Manager collaborates with consumers, community partners, and the general public in response to individually identified goals, with a focus on increasing the quality of life for individuals served.
