Job Description

Start HR Solutions is currently hiring Indexing Clerks for our client in Aurora ON. The Indexer is responsible data entry and reorganizing documents.Shift:Days: 7:00am to 3:00pmPay Rate: $16Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data entry with high accuracy rates
  • Indexing documents and separate into various groupings
  • Memorize digitization rules and accurately and efficiently implement processes
  • handle clients confidential documents with professionalism
  • organizing high-volume of files electronically
Qualification
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm or more with high accuracy
  • High school diploma
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Completes task in a timely manner
  • Ability to work under pressure
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Required to sit for long periods of time
  • Hand and finger dexterity (typing)
  • Ability to focus on computer monitor
  • Quiet environment
