Job Description

Start HR Solutions is seeking Prep/ Scanning clerks for our client in Aurora ON. The Clerk is responsible for preparing and/or digitizing documents.Shift: Days: 7:00am to 3:00pmAfternoons: 2:45pm to 10:45pmPay Rate: $16Job Duties:

  • sorting files and documents and preparing them for scanning
  • scanning paper documents into digital copies
  • ensuring documents are prepared/ scanned correctly
  • handle clients confidential documents with professionalism
  • organized high-volume of files electronically
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure
