Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity that provides you with a steady working opportunityOur client is a World leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry and Health. They are currently looking for a Material-Gas Cylinder Handler to complement their current team in the Aurora Facility.WHAT WE OFFER:

  • $22Hr
  • Monday to Friday (8AM-4PM)/ Dayshift, Full-time
  • Temp to Perm after 3 months of employment
WHAT YOU DO:Operates steamer to dry cylinders and removes old labels.
  • Emptying 20 lb cylinders
  • Installs valves and replaces defective safeties, stems, packing nuts, and handles on cylinder valves.
  • Prepares cylinders for shot blasting by scraping of decals.
  • Inspects cylinders that have been shot blasted and segregates damaged cylinders for repair or scrap.
  • Paints cylinders and applies decals and markings.
WHO ARE YOU
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Willing to take a criminal background check.
  • PPE - CSA-approved steel-toed boots with metatarsal guard and a Covid19 approved mask.
  • Must be flexible to Saturdays if needed
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Need to be fully vaccinated
