Job Description

Serpa Motorsports is looking for a Service Advisor to help with our growing business! (Yamaha and Suzuki OEM, but servicing and makes and models)Serpa Motorsports is currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. Motorcycle/ Powersports experience is beneficial, but welcoming all Service Department experience.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting with the overall success of the service department. Opening and closing work orders
  • They are also responsible for providing exceptional customer service for retail clients, ensuring the opening of work orders is accurate for our technicians.
  • Promotional service program/recall parts via Yamaha/Suzuki must also be maintained, ensuring the service department is always properly stocked with the necessary parts with the right priority in order to meet our company objectives of ensuring top quality service to our clients.
