We are seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our team!Monaco Interiors is a 20 years old Design and Renovation company. We are searching for a knowledgeable working foreman to join our team of designers and skilled trades. The right candidate will have plenty of personal working experience in rough and finish carpentry, knowledge of basic plumbing, hvac and electrical to ensure that professional trades are meeting our standards and code requirements. Knowledge of building codes and the ability to read architectural, structural and engineering plans a must.Must fully understand the construction process in both the renovation and addition segments of residential work.Someone who is looking to grow with the company and can perform various construction related tasks, would be a great fit.Must have their own tools, a working vehicle and valid drivers license.This position requires hands on labour and the ability to build both structural and complete finishings such as trims, doors, and other finish carpentry.Salary is based on experience, knowledge and performance, starting at a lower segment and revised within three months depending on proven qualities and skills.
